We are looking for a reliable Virtual Assistant who will be responsible for managing emails, scheduling appointments, conducting research, and preparing reports, among other tasks. Responsibilities:
Manage and prioritize emails, correspondence, and client follow-ups
Answer incoming calls and direct them to the appropriate parties
Schedule appointments and meetings, and manage calendar entries
Organize files and documents, and ensure that they are stored securely and appropriately
Conduct research as needed, and prepare reports on findings
Create basic reports such as weekly tasks, deliverables, and sales reports
Prepare presentations as needed, and ensure that they are polished and professional
Manage social media accounts such as LinkedIn and Facebook, and post content regularly
Transcribe audio and video recordings, and prepare meeting minutes and agendas as needed
Requirements:
Proven experience as a virtual assistant, admin assistant, executive assistant or similar role
Experience using a CRM and project management tools
Proficient in email and calendar management
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong organizational and time management skills
Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
Attention to detail and accuracy
Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Suite
Familiarity with social media platforms such as LinkedIn and Facebook
Experience with transcription and preparing meeting minutes/agendas
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
Time Zone: Australian Business Hours
